Bob Wallin, CIC, CPIA; our Chairman of The Board has specialized in commercial
insurance for over 40 years. His special area of expertise is insuring manufactured
home dealerships and parks. Bob was recently named "Agent of the Year" by
the Washington State Professional Insurance Agents! His industry memberships
include Professional Insurance Agents, Independent Insurance Agents, and
NAIFA. Bob is a member of the exclusive Firemark Society, and was instrumental
in the establishment of the Advantage Group, LLC and the American Insurance
Alliance.
Sue is a partner in the firm and started with the firm in 1991. She is the bookkeeper & Bob Wallin's grand-daughter. She enjoys riding her ATV on weekends with her Husband & son.
Molly is our Personal Lines Manager and has worked in the insurance industry since 1980, 14 of those years at our agency. Molly has held a brokers license for the past 15 years, and works in our personal lines department. She is a licensed notary and a U.S. Army veteran.
Sandi began her insurance career February 1986. She is a licensed agent with experience in both Personal and Commercial Insurance. Sandi rejoined Bob Wallin Insurance November 1st, 2005 as a Commercial Account Representative.
Ann joined the agency in May 2003, is a Vice President and a customer service representative in the commercial lines department, where she also assists in working with manufactured home dealerships and parks. Ann also co-manages the agency with Von Smith (President and commercial lines agent), oversees human resources, and assists her daughter Sue DeLeon our agency bookkeeper. She has 20 years of customer service experience with Puget Sound Energy and 2 years supervisory experience with PSE's contractor Potelco Inc. Ann is the daughter of the Chairman and founder Bob Wallin. Her favorite hobbies are horse back riding, snowmobiling, and spending time with family and friends.
Lisette with 5 years experience in the Commercial Lines Department rejoined the Bob Wallin Insurance team in spring of 2005 as a Customer Service Representative in the Personal Lines Department and is enjoying learning the ropes of Personal Lines Insurance. She has been a licensed agent since February 2002.
I am the receptionist here at Bob Wallin Insurance. I started doing temporary work at the agency in the summer of 2006 and have now moved to full-time reception. I was born and raised in Bellingham and grew up in a family of eight! I have four sisters and a brother. I graduated from Bellingham High School in 2005. I played soccer for the Raiders and have been working since graduating. In my free time I enjoy relaxing at home with my family or going out to have some fun with friends.
Todd started in 1986 after graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Todd focuses on working with employers, and handles employee benefits, life insurance and investments. He has served as President of NAIFA-NW, the local chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers, a professional organization consisting of insurance and financial professionals. Todd loves camping with his family and getting away to the Mt. Baker area, Lummi Island, and the Oregon coast. In the fall and spring Todd coaches his daughter's soccer team.
Von started in the industry in 1985. Von is the President and works in our commercial department. He is past and founding president of the Bellingham Boys & Girls Club Alumni Association, plays softball and spends many hours at his children's (6, count'em 6) sporting events.
Suzanne is a Customer Service Representative in our Commercial Lines department. She started in July 2005 and absolutely enjoys the work she does. Suzanne appreciates the opportunity to work for BWI and is eager to learn more about the industry. Suzanne was born and raised in Bellingham and recently returned home after living in Pullman for 10 years where she met her husband. Suzanne enjoys spending time with her husband and two small children, friends and family. Interesting fact #1: Suzanne played rugby for Washington State University and currently coaches a U-19 girls rugby team for Whatcom county with her husband, JT.
I am a part time receptionist here at Bob Wallin Insurance, I did some short-term work in the past but now work ½ days Mon-Fri. I was born and raised in Bellingham. I grew up in a big family with 4 sisters and one brother, I fit right in the middle. I am very athletic, I played Rangers (a select soccer team) from the age of 13 until I turned 17. I also played soccer for Bellingham High School. During the summer I enjoy wakeboarding and in the winter snowboarding. I am an outgoing, fun and happy person!
